Sabbath afternoons/evenings or Sunday morning/evenings are good prayer times. After you schedule a Pioneer Prayer Group time, write an announcement in your church bulletin inviting people to join Pioneer Prayer, then announce it from the front of the church on Sabbath. Print enough prayer packs (link above) for all who might attend.
