Day 5 – NAD Presidential Process Prayer

Requests are from General Conference 100 Days of Prayer and Desire of Ages. Lift up the members of the North American Division Nominating and Executive Committees, the General Conference Executive Committees, and their families. Pray that God’s will be done in the selection of the new North American Division President.

1. Pray for divine wisdom to be made known to you as you spend time with God. 
2. Pray for Adventist churches, schools, and institutions as they prayerfully, and carefully consider reopening measures. 
3. Pray for Adventist singles, to experience fulfillment in Jesus, and find a godly spouse. 
4. Pray for leaders and pastors and their spouses to efficiently train their children according to the Word of God.
5. Pray for children ministry department leaders and workers to recognize the needs of children and teach them by planting the seeds of the truth. 
6. Pray for children ministry department leaders and workers to be led by the Holy Spirit and be empowered to be examples for children. 
7. Pray for new projects, curriculum and ideas that children department leaders must present. 
8. Pray for the children of our church to remain in, not leave, the church. 
9. Pray for parents to have softened hearts, to reflect Jesus, and have a good relationship with their children.
10. Pray that God will bless the preparations for the NAD nominating committee on July 6 to be orderly.
11. Pray for the health of the NAD nominating and executive committees and their families.
12. Pray for the devotional lives of the committee members, that Jesus would bless and guide them through the process.
13. Pray for the officers of both committees, including Elder Wilson, the chair of the committees.
