The NAD executive committee meets today, Tuesday, July 7. Pray that God would lead them to recommend a potential president to the GC executive session, this Thursday, according to the following Biblical texts. Claim these promises for them and you. Thank you for your faithful prayers!

  1. “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost has made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he has purchased with his own blood” (Acts 20:28).
  2. “He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Eph. 4:11,12).
  3. “Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves” (Phil. 2:3).
  4. “Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others” (Phil. 2:4).
  5. “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:” (Phil. 2:5, 6).
  6. “But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men” (Phil. 2:7).
  7. “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross” (Phil. 2:8).
  8. “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier” (2 Tim. 2:3, 4).
  9. “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Tim. 2:15).
  10. “For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre” (Titus 1:7).
  11. “But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate” (Titus 1:8).
  12. “Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers” (Titus 1:9).
