Revival Report – Revival Reaction

One beautiful aspect of chemistry is the predictability of the periodic table. When chemicals from various periods are properly mixed, the reactions are dependable and reproducible. So the elements of revival, God’s Word and Testimony, mixed in an atmosphere of faithful prayer, react in revival.

I remember an amazing chemical experiment from University of California, Berkeley chemistry. My professor poured a beaker of clear fluid into another beaker of clear fluid while a magnetic rod agitated the two. At first, there was no visible change, but after a brief period of waiting, the clear mixture instantly turned deep, beautiful orange, then blue, then back to clear. This iodine clock experiment can be consistently produced if the correct elements are properly mixed, as in ancient revivals.

The two main revival reactants are found in the remnant church of Revelation 12:17. As the first-century church, today’s remnant church will, “keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ,” the Spirit of Prophecy (Rev. 19:10). God’s Word and message will produce prayers of repentance and supplication, and reproduce revival as in ancient times.

God’s Word and Testimony in an atmosphere of prayer are central to revival, and Capitol Memory Challenge and Testimonies Reading Plan are preparing thousands of lives for Christ’s coming.

A revival of primitive, first-century godliness will undoubtedly come if we prayerfully partake of God’s Word and Testimony in a deeper way, and clear every obstacle out of the path of the Spirit.

Revival Plan exhibited at Michigan Camp Meeting last week and we were thrilled to talk with many whose lives were changed through the Testimonies, Bible memorization, and prayer, and give revival materials to many others.

God willing, we will hold several seminars in July in Michigan and Kansas, and in August we will be at ASI to share for Members in Action and exhibit a booth.

Please pray for God to open a door of utterance, and provide resources to meet our ministry needs. Please help Testimonies, Capitol Memory Challenge, Pioneer Prayer, and Capitol Revival reach more people by becoming a regular, monthly partner.

Revival is our greatest and most urgent need. As in Nehemiah’s day, rebuilding fallen walls takes energy and resources. Consider regularly supporting this timely work.

Thank you and God bless!
